server redirect

Say that you are initializing two server daemons, httpd and httpsd.

And you want one of the servers to redirect to the other one in certain
circumstances.  I wanted to implement the redirect in SecurityFilter.  Can
you give me any hints on how to do this, with the latest release of Jigsaw.
