Hum, I copied back the one from 2.1 :/ config.zip was there only when
changes were available in the configuration of jigadmin since last
release, it is mainly there to avoid typing the class name in the class
pull down menus. You probably won't need jigedit.jar, and I will fix the
READMEs :)
