IAIK has a version of it:
http://jcewww.iaik.tu-graz.ac.at/Jigsaw/jigsaw.htm
But the underlying SSL layer is restricted for commercial purposes. I know
that some other people did a version based on SSLea but got no pointer on
it (using JNI I suppose).
