I don't think that's neccesary to put him on the reject list. AFAIK PrettyPart is one of the SelfSpreadingPerEMail virues, isn't it ? Simply tell the author of the email that his virusscanner needs an update... Another idea would be to avoid that someone can send emails with x86 executables througth the list (e.g. application/octet-stream with the "signature" that the file is executable by DOS/WinXX?? - /etc/magic in Solaris 2.7/MU4 contains the matching signatures). That shouldn't be too hard to code-in and should protect us from the "common" virus-infection-by-click... ---- Bye, Roland -- __ . . __ (o.\ \/ /.o) Roland.Mainz@informatik.med.uni-giessen.de \__\/\/__/ gisburn@informatik.med.uni-giessen.de /O /==\ O\ MPEG specialist, C&&JAVA&&Sun&&Unix programmer (;O/ \/ \O;) TEL +49 641 99-13193 FAX +49 641 99-41359
