2 Domains/1 IP-Address?

Hello,

could somebody tell me if it is possible to setup
Jigsaw for multiple domains on a single IP-Address and
the same port?

For example:

http://www.domain1.com:80
http://www.domain2.com:80

Where both have the same IP.
