how to determine the LocalHost

Hi, group,

I just downloaded jigsaw 2.1.0 version in my WIN98 and my PC doesn't have 
an IP address. Can I run the server without it?  If so, what  name should I
give to my  server. In other words, what is the localhost in the following
sentence?


http://localhost:8001
