How to deploy web pages in JigSaw(NewBie)

Hi,
I just downloaded Jigsaw W3 webserver.
My requirement is that I have an HTML file which I wanted to put in the
Jigsaw server, so that people can access it from other machines(within the
Intranet, or internet) using URL(http://xyz).

I dont know how to do to accomplish my task.
Can anybody tell me the steps needed to accomplish this task in detail.
