cookie

Hi all,

I added a cookieFilter to Jigsaw2.0.1(for NT), but it seems that browser client did not recieve the cookie which this filter added:
org.w3c.jigsaw.filter.counter=......
because:
1. I made the browser(Nv and IE4/5) to warn if accepting cookie, but they did not;
2. The org.w3c.jigsaw.filter.counter is always 1, that means the cookieFilter did not revieve cookie from any requests even if debugFilter shows the previous reply has been set cookie(with counter=1), so ......

Can somebody explain this?
