If you post some code it would be easier to tell. If you cant',
why don't you turn on logging for servlets , print a lot of data and
examine where it is your blowing up.

Null pointer exception could be *anything*. (Failed to load the driver
and you try to do something, failed to get a parameter and tried do
do an .equals, etc).
