I'm having trouble running a servlet from Jigsaw.
The server finds the .html file but the code does not
execute.  No doubt there is some simple bug.

It would be very helpful if you could package a simple
servlet and a simple applet as examples with the
Jigsaw distribution.   This would save a lot of learning time.
