Jigsaw Proxy Package released

The first "ready-to-run" proxy package has been released.
It is based on the latest Jigsaw 2.0beta3 release. The sources are not
included, it is just a sample package to demonstrate the proxy
capabilities in Jigsaw, which is on of the very few HTTP/1.1 proxy around.
