change the image from low waiyan on 1998-06-15 (www-jigsaw@w3.org from May to June 1998)

i try to change the image w3c (in the Overview.html file when i startup 
the server) into a new image say neww3c with gif format also, but it 
shows the broken icon, what are the steps i need to do? thank you.
