Well, it can be the case if you shut down the server using ctrl-c,
resource stores has been created but the state of the server was not saved
(This is done when you use "save" or "exit" in JigAdmin).
This is just a warning that the server will overwrite existing (and
useless, because of the ctrl-c) files in the configuration directory.
