Hello Jigsawmen !

I want to give a special meaning to every directory with the name ending
by .special (just like .gif files have a special meaning and are not
like .html files).

I want to attach them with a MySpecialDirectoryResource (extending the
standard DirectoryResource class). How should I configure indexers.
