Is Jigsaw beta ready for public release ?

Hi,

Anselm told us that Jigsaw beta version would be released Friday August
29th and it is still not on the w3's ftp.

Please, Anselm, tell us when you'll release the Public version (I hope 
it will be released before September 15th).
