As promised, here is the new release. Please note that this release in only available to members, the next public release is scheduled in one month. --------------------------------------------------------------------- The W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) is happy to announce a new release of Jigsaw (1.0beta), its new object oriented server. Jigsaw is entirely written Java, and emphasis on the object-oriented aspect of the HTTP protocol. http://www.w3.org/member/WWW/Jigsaw/ Beyond the GUI based configurator, this new release is mainly a bug fix release. This new release comes with an impressive set of features, among which: . Full HTTP/1.1 compliancy . Caching proxy module for HTTP . Server side includes . Image maps New to 1.0beta . GUI based remote configuration . Support for the FCS servlet API (and servlet auto-reloading) . Full JDBC access through server side includes and more...
