jigsaw1.03 config

Hi, I tried to configure a putable directory for jigsaw1.03 release 
in the same way I did with previous release but it does not upload at all.
It worked for previous release.  Do I need to do anything different?
I'm running jigsaw under win95.

In the previous release, when I tried to upload,  it most time received two
files.  I removed the file resources using administration tool but it
still uploaded two file.  One file with all the content and the other
with nothing in it.  

Last question, my perl cgi is running fine except each script does not
terminate at the end of the script.  Seems like the jigsaw server is 
expecting something more.  In my cgi command configuration,  I use 
perl.exe perlscript
Can you tell me what the problem is?
