I agree with Alexandre Rafalovitch and others, that 
HtmlGenerator must be improved. For example, it would be nice 
possibility to filter existing HTML or stream, and on registred 
keywords call callbacks or|and replace them with different content.
Anyway, html generation must be dynamic literally.
