FYI, In case you are considering developing a plug-in for IsaViz as Aidministrator did for Sesame [1], there is now a generic plug-in interface that should make your life easier. It is fully implemented and functioning, and will be available in IsaViz 2.0 (alpha version available through CVS [2]). Plug-in JAR files just need to be copied to a specific subdirectory, where they are then detected and loaded automatically (no launch script modification required as the classpath is extended dynamically). Thanks to Arjohn Kampman for his contribution to this work.
