Since you cross-posted this question to both www-rdf-interest and www-isaviz, I am not sure this is strictly related to search capabilities in IsaViz, or if this is a general RDF question. Are you actually asking about how to use the search/selection capabilities in IsaViz (in which case we'll move this thread to www-isaviz only)? If so, could you be a little more specific?
