Typography index changes

I reorganised things a little in the Layout & Pages section, and added 
sections for

- General page layout & progression (at start, rather than end)
- Tables
- User interaction

Does anyone have any observations or comments, before i extend that 
organisation to the repo labels, gap-analysis templates, etc?
