CSS Alignment Fallback for left/right in vertical writing modes...

Hello!
We thought i18n folks might be interested in this CSS issue:
   https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/1403

The issue is what left/right alignment falls should fall back
to in the case of vertical alignment in horizontal writing modes,
where we have no mapping for them.

The current proposals on the table are
   * Map both left and right to start as a fallback.
   * Map left to top and right to bottom.

Thoughts?
