nigelmegitt has just labeled an issue for https://github.com/w3c/ttml2 as "i18n": == The tts:direction property should apply independently to paragraph (p) == XSL-FO allows explicit use of direction property on block elements independently from their use with the unicode-bidi property. This could be used, for example, to override a block's (paragraph's) default directionality as otherwise determined by the ancestor reference area's writing mode. Add clarification and/or normative text as needed to support this usage.
