Since we discovered that notifications of new comments on the thread at https://github.com/w3c/i18n-discuss/issues/1 were being received in duplicate by people subscribed to both lists, and since i don't know how to get around that, and since people have been asking for less unsolicited traffic on issues they are not interested in, i have reverted the behaviour to the normal model for github issues: namely, you will only receive notifications of new comments if you have subscribed to the thread in github (using the Subscribe button on the page). If a new issue is created in that repo, people on www-international will be notified that the issue has been created (with the text of the first comment). If the digipub label is applied to that issue, people on the public-digipub-ig list will also be alerted to the issue. When an issue is closed, both lists will be notified. So if you have been following this thread, and wish to continue receiving notification of comments as they are posted, please subscribe to the issue thread at https://github.com/w3c/i18n-discuss/issues/1. ri
