Bug ID: 26696
Summary: Shift_JIS: round-tripping U+0080 and 0x80 is
intentional?
Product: WHATWG

Component: Encoding

Unlike EUC-JP, EUC-KR, Shift_JIS round-trips between U+0080 and 0x80. Is it
intentional? I haven't seen other Shift_JIS converter that does that.
