RE: ISSUE-106: I18N-ISSUE-246: Storage Size

Fredrik pointed out that the updated version didn't have any text about how to handle characters that cannot be represented with the given encoding. This was one of Norbert's initial comment.

I've added a sentence for that in the list of steps for the application performing the verification.
