RE: For review: Using <b> and <i> tags

I need to give some thought to when and how these tags should be used in
SE Asian scripts, and what sort of styling should be applied to the <i>
element.

At some stage it would be useful to compile some basic typesetting and
typographic data on various languages and scripts.
