[i18n] Internationalization Best Practices: Specifying Language in XHTML & HTML Content

Just one and a half quick notes regarding "Internationalization Best
Practices: Specifying Language in XHTML & HTML Content" [1]:

* There shouldn't be a space in 'xmlns=
"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"' (two occurrences).
* The document uses "ie." instead of "i.e." and "eg." instead of
"e.g.". I'm not a native speaker, but most references I can find
prefer "i.e." [2] and "e.g." [3], something that seems to be more
popular too.
