Just one and a half quick notes regarding "Internationalization Best Practices: Specifying Language in XHTML & HTML Content" [1]: * There shouldn't be a space in 'xmlns= "http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"' (two occurrences). * The document uses "ie." instead of "i.e." and "eg." instead of "e.g.". I'm not a native speaker, but most references I can find prefer "i.e." [2] and "e.g." [3], something that seems to be more popular too.
