/The World's Writing Systems/ (Daniels & Bright, eds., OUP, 1996, ISBN 0-19-507993-0) gives Ւ (U+0552) for 7000; the sequence ՈՒ (U+0548 U+0552) is glossed as having no numeric value, it is a majuscule form, name "u", phonetics [u]. Ւ (U+0552) is also given as a majuscule. Philip TAYLOR
