RE: [CSS3 Text] Tibetan Emphasis marks

Ok, I replaced http://www.w3.org/International/2007/07/do-ha-mchan-grel.png with a picture of the left part of page 17 in the PDF file.  I also uploaded the whole pdf file as http://www.w3.org/International/2007/07/do-ha-mchan-grel.pdf
