Need of extended Rules for Hasant/ Halant (09CD) in Bengali

Hi All,
Is there any way to type in the following Bengali/ Bangla word under one headstroke?  (Font: BN BIDISHA Opentype)

বাগ্ দেবী   (this is a single word that should not have any space in between characters under a single headstroke. 
But we are not able to do it 
using a unicode enabled keyword. A unicode enabled 
keyboard uses a hasant or halant (09CD) to form a conjunct as shown below. 
However, there  are many words in Bengali where we find in between halanth usages, obviously not to make a conjunct. Rules for a hasant at the end of a word or to form a conjunct are OK. However, we need an additional rule that allows us to use a Hasant inside a word as it is, without forming a conjunct also).
