Updated test: language tagging and CJK fonts

I have added tests to this page for zh alone, zh-Hans, and zh-Hant.  I also changed the format of the information to make it easier to read.

Quick test: 
Firefox 0.8 and Netscape 7.0 apply a Simplified font to all three new entries.
Internet Explorer 6.0 applies the default, Japanese, font to zh-Hans and zh-Hant, indicating that it didn't even recognise the zh part. It applies a Simplified Chinese font to zh.
Opera 7.23 doesn't distinguish between any of the entries on the page.
