Malay is also spoken in Malaysia, in Indenosia and a bit elsewhere (cf. 
http://www.ethnologue.org/show_language.asp?code=MLI).  It is written in 
the Latin script, left-to-right, and in Jawi, which is basically the 
Arabic script plus a few Jawi-specific letters, and therefore right-to-left.
