RDF Validator updated for better Internationalization

Some good news from the W3C home page:

RDF Validator Updated

6 February 2003: The [1]W3C RDF Validation Service has been updated
to deal correctly with a wide range of characters and character
encodings for better [2]internationalization and to support Last Call
Working Drafts issued by the [3]RDF Core Working Group. The RDF
Validator is based on the ARP parser in [4]Jena 1.6.1. Graphs are
generated using [5]GraphViz 1.8.9. The service runs under [6]Jigsaw.
