Right you are - my apologies. As far as I've ever seen, we don't send
accept-charset.

Just to be sure I added another language, and still no accept_charset.

I can "see" among other things:

HTTP_ACCEPT*:  image/gif, image/x-xbitmap, image/jpeg, image/pjpeg,
application/vnd.ms-powerpoint, application/vnd.ms-excel,
application/msword, */* 

HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING:  gzip, deflate 

HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE:  en-us,cs;q=0.5 

but not the charset.
