Particularly: http://www.sun.com/developers/gadc/i18ntesting/i18ntaxonomy/index.html which is unfortunately buried under testing, but is actually a design and assessment checklist matrix with supporting documentation. We developed this matrix in order to define what it means for a product to be internationalized. It contains a few specifics as illustrative examples, but is very generic in terms of platform, content and prog. language. I am working on moving this to a more appropriate place. Also, if you check back periodically, there will be more and more useful i18n reference info posted on this site (not links, content).
