Arabic UNicode in XML

I am looking into implementing unicode Arabic texts in XML.

Do you have any information on this subject?

Do know of any OS that will support right to left text direction other
than Microsoft?

Would you know of any unicode enabled editor that can handle real
unicode in XML?
