Yep, the best of breed out there at the moment is HTMLQA, imho, and is availalbe from www.tcraft.com. You should be able to download a limited demo from that site. It verifies to HTML 4.0 and will also generate detailed reports including comparitive analyses with the source (if that's relevant).
