Nick, My wife and I are working on our multilingual website http://weber.u.washington.edu/~timchen. She has published her master thesis in Polish (codepage 1250) mixed with Chinese (BIG5). You need Twinbridge to read Chinese. We use MS Word Internet Assistnat 2.04z and FrontPage 97 Beta. Neither of these two is very good for the job; at least for converting Word documents into HTML. Microsoft has some strange arrange coverting non-ASCII character. I will be more than happy to hear from you soon.
