How do I map between ISO character sets and IBM CCSIDS?

Hi, 

Does anyone have any documentation or knowledge about how to map between 
IBM CCSIDs and ISO character sets.  For instance, I know that ISO-8859-1 
is equivalent to CCSID 819.  I am especially interested in Japanese  
CCSIDs, but would welcome information about any CCSIDs.

I work on the Web Server/400 team.  We have a web server for the IBM 
AS/400 computer and this will help us in development, testing and 
support.
