Under http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-no-language#undetermined the markup is <code translate="no">xml:lang="<span class="kw">und</span>"</code> whereas under http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-no-language#xhtml it is <code translate="no">xml:lang="und"</code> I think it should be the same. Which is preferred? AFAIS you haven't used <span class="kw"> inside <code> in other articles; so my guess is the variant without?
