Hi Richard,
in the articles using the stylesheet article-display-html5.css (eg. 
http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-translate-flag), 
‘Internationalization’ is too low in the header box.

To put it up again where it used to be in older articles, you might 
change `bottom` to `text-bottom` in line 269.
