Hi Richard,
You’ve removed the paragraph <p class="acknowledgements">, but you 
haven’t included those people as $contributors. In case that this was 
not intentional, here’s the line (taken from my translation):

$contributors = 'Albert Lunde, Asmus Freytag, Björn Höhrmann, Henri 
Sivonen, John Cowan,  Leif Halvard Silli, Norbert Lindenberg'; // people 
providing useful feedback during review or at other times

You’ve applied the new styles to qa-byte-order-mark which does not work 
well with the older markup in my translation. Please send me the current 
original PHP source to fix these issues.
