I would suggest you have a single set of bullet points that includes the names of elements and also the attributes. Eg. - <span> .... - <rb> .... .... - <ruby> ... - translate .... - locNote ... - locNoteType ... .... and mention briefly that the elements mentioned can carry all the attributes listed themselves.
