Well, my original comment was that it should be clarified what the
section considers mis-use, etc. and the discussion clearly indicated
that there is even more need for clarification of section 4.5 than I
first thought, so please incorporate Addison's and your clarifications
into section 4.5; the intent is obviously not sufficiently clear to me
and it would seem other readers would have even more trouble to follow
it. There should be more discussion of the relevant problems in prose
and some examples would certainly help, too.
