Is there a way to include in the HTML ASCII file, the binary source of an image file, like a .gif file?

For example:

instead of:
  IMG SRC="file:\\image_file.gif"

something like:
  IMG SRC="binary:\\%FE%FF%3E%20..."

The result would be the display of the image contained in the binary data, without an external resource.

The binary data would be pasted inside the HTML file.
