There's a similar ongoing discussion on the bugzilla: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=785 I tend to think the validator could/should send an Accept: header with all the supported media types. Others disagree: Terje for instant makes a good case for no Accept: headers at all. More opinions welcome. -- olivier
