Hi, I'm the editor of the WHATWG specs and will likely be the editors of the HTM5 spec when it enters the W3C in a few days (or weeks, the W3C seems to work quite slowly). You may also wait for the W3C HTML WG to formally adopt the document, at which point a fourth possible avenue of feedback will be relevant, namely public-html@w3.org. In all cases, whether now or later, and whichever list you send your feedback to, I'll use it to improve the spec. I am very interested in hearing your opinions. If you have any technical requirements, requests, suggestions, if you spot any problems that would make the spec hard to implement, author for, use, if you have any experience that, if shared, could lead to a better overal language specification, I am interested.
