forms-dropdown menu order

seems that dropdown menus in forms are appearing ontop of tables directly above them set with css/javascript never before seen this incorrect order happening untill working one somthing.

drop the menu at the top down and watch how the form-dropdown menu appears ontop of the table which is ontop.
