Printing Headers and Footers

i am trying to create a "printer frendly" page where no headers or footers are printed, and the margins are defined, i already know you can manually change these settings in the browser, but i need it to automatically override any existing settings the browser may have, and it needs to be universal for any type of printer, can this be accoplished?
